I am the admin
for multiple internal Windows web servers and web master for an internal web
site used by group technicians. This
web site makes extensive use of backend DB2 and Access databases and both
server side and client side scripting to provide dynamic content. §

years of this time period I was a Contractor through Ciber, Inc. Since
August, 2006, I have performed this job as a full time remote employee
working from my home in Appleton City, MO. |

§ In this position I monitored Internet and Email
servers and web applications. When a
server or application was reported down by the monitoring equipment or help
desk, I verified the problem using various troubleshooting techniques. If a problem existed, I paged out the
required support team, reported the problem to management, created the
trouble ticket and continued to monitor and expedite timely recovery from the
outage. In some cases I also performed
the 2nd level support, remotely or physically restarting the server or
application. I also created several
internal applications used to make monitoring and problem determination more
efficient. |

This
multiple-line insurance agency was owned by my spouse. I joined the agency to increase revenue and
profitability, and that goal was accomplished through implementation of
various telemarketing and mailing programs, along with training personnel in
Customer Oriented business procedures.
I created several customized computer programs to improve efficiency,
and performed the functions of network administrator for the LAN. |

all Sales and Marketing Management functions, a 5 person Customer Service
department, and Advertising. I
traveled extensively working with our national and international
manufacturer’s representatives. Sales
increased by 50% during the 2 years I was with KB-Denver. |

I started with
PPS as Account Manager, then managed that department, then was Sales Manager
for the last 2 years. During my
employment this company increased in size 5 fold. As Sales Manager I expanded
the sales coverage to the entire US. I
created a Designer’s Guide for their product that proved to be an excellent
sales tool. |
